You may request closure of your 111x account at any time by contacting the support team. Any settled balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
All transactions on 111x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where another person's payment account is used to fund your 111x account — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds may be returned and the transaction reversed.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 111x may request identity verification documents. Processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically fastest, while bank transfers may take additional business days depending on your bank.
No Hidden Fees: 111x does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 111x's control.
Specific minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps before processing is completed.
The 111x sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports and other sports markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 111x reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be part of a coordinated attempt to exploit pricing errors.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
Voided bets are returned as stake credit to your account balance in full.
Live in-play betting is available for selected cricket, football and esports markets. Odds during live play update in real time. There may be brief suspension periods during which no bets can be placed — for example, during a wicket review in cricket or a VAR check in football. Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted and the stake will be returned.
Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket and the ICC for international matches. 111x will settle PSL markets in line with the official PSL result. In the event of a dispute over a result, 111x's decision following consultation of official sources is final.
The 111x casino section includes live dealer tables, RNG table games, a slots library of over 1,000 titles and fish games. All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer streams from established game providers.
The availability of specific games may vary and titles may be added or removed from the library at any time. 111x is not liable for any interruption to game availability caused by maintenance windows, provider outages or technical issues outside our direct control.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error or disconnection during play, 111x will follow the game provider's official malfunction policy. As a general rule, malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated through a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honoured.

All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry dates are shown in your account's bonus section.
Abuse Prevention: 111x actively monitors for bonus abuse, including hedging strategies, bet patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements at minimum risk, and coordinated multi-account activity. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonuses voided.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111x platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
